Hey there!
I have been in and out of kitchens basically my entire life. At sixteen, I began working in a pizza kitchen, learning the secrets of dough-making. This was the beginning of a long journey of food appreciation. Now, I am on to more expansive menus–you name it, I’ve cooked it. I know food, how to clean it, prepare it, cook it, and plate it. Most importantly, I know how to enjoy it. Today, much of my cooking is done at home, for myself, my wife, and my friends. Food styling I do as a passion, freelance, which keeps it interesting for me.
